An Al Faisal Holding Company subsidiary has acquired the Viceroy Miami boutique hotel in the US and will now redevelop the popular building into a W hotel.
In a statement, the Al Rayyan Tourism Investment Co. (Artic) said Starwood would run the hotel, which is part of a three-tower project in downtown Miami. Artic said it will continue to invest in the US hospitality sector.
