Mesaieed road diversion
Part of Mesaieed Road heading toward Al Wakrah will be closed for the next year, Ashghal has announced.
Motorists will be diverted onto a newly built two-lane, 2.6km-long road as Ashghal works to build an interchange.
Additionally, a new road detour is being set up for traffic heading in the opposite direction, going from Doha toward Sealine.
The construction is part of Ashghal’s Expressway program’s Wakrah Bypass project.
During this time, Ashghal said the speed limit in the area will be lowered to 50 km/hour.
